Will a diagnosis always recommend buying?
No. The conclusion may be not to buy Zhike Front Desk yet. If the real issue is exposure, we may recommend GEO, SEO, content entry points, private-domain routing, or sales routing first.
Is Plan B included in Professional?
No. Plan B is a knowledge-base and enterprise knowledge assistant project. It is not a monthly subscription tier and complex material work is estimated separately.
Does GEO require buying Zhike Front Desk first?
No. Plan C can start as an independent GEO service. If the customer wants to reuse the same knowledge assets later, we recommend evaluating Zhike Front Desk as the knowledge base backend.
Can GEO guarantee ranking or acquisition?
No. GEO improves information structure, question maps, FAQ, and content entry points, but does not guarantee ranking, citation, or customer acquisition.
When is the R&D workflow service suitable?
It suits companies with an existing development team, delayed projects, unclear requirements, disorganized code management, or unstable delivery. It is an independent service, not a standard upgrade path for Zhike Front Desk or GEO, and is evaluated only when R&D workflow, project-management, or engineering collaboration governance is a clear need.
What happens if usage exceeds quota?
The customer can evaluate a tier upgrade or a separate overage arrangement. Fixed public overage pricing is not currently defined.
