How are AI consultation calls counted?

Each visitor question that generates an AI reply counts as one AI consultation call. Usage is tracked monthly by project and resets in the next billing cycle.

What uses AI analysis generation quota?

Opportunity radar runs, contact-level customer sentiment analysis, bid document or attachment analysis, and visit weekly/monthly reports share the AI analysis generation quota. Each customer sentiment analysis generation consumes 1 AI analysis quota.

How are knowledge entry limits counted?

Knowledge entry limits cover project-level Q&A, product notes, service flows, and boundary rules. They are counted as enabled knowledge entries under the project and do not reset monthly.

How are customer profile limits counted?

Customer profile limits cover stored contacts and follow-up records after leads are converted into customers. They are counted as current stored profiles under the project and do not reset monthly.

How is speech transcription counted?

Speech transcription uses Tencent Cloud ASR and is counted by actual audio duration, displayed in minutes. It is a formal plan entitlement and does not share AI consultation or analysis quota.

What happens during the first month of ASR usage?

The first month still follows the plan quota. We also observe real usage and ASR cost, then adjust add-on pricing or future plan limits based on data. Purchased-cycle entitlements remain unchanged.

What if we exceed a quota?

You can upgrade the plan or buy add-on capacity. Consultation calls, analysis generation, and speech transcription are tracked separately and cannot offset each other.

What lower-tier capabilities are included in Advanced?

Advanced includes everything in Professional and Basic, then adds higher limits, scheduled tasks, auto radar, multiple source configuration, experimental knowledge base access, and custom setup support.

Is launch support included?

Every plan includes basic launch support and issue response. Advanced customization, private deployment, or extra integrations can be estimated separately.

What is Plan B for?

Plan B is for project management and R&D workflow standardization. It covers YouTrack local or cloud deployment, Gitea local deployment, CI/CD setup, branch and release standards, and team training. Prices are starting points and are finalized by project count, deployment environment, and workflow complexity.
